PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary and a microreactor using the capillary, and to provide a solid phase/liquid phase/gas phase reaction method using the microreactor.;SOLUTION: The microreactor 1 comprises: the capillary 2; a solution supply section 10 for supplying a solution 7 wherein a substrate is dissolved to the capillary 2 constituting the liquid phase; a gas supply section 20 for supplying gas 9 to the capillary 2 constituting the gas phase; and a recovery section 30 for recovering a reaction product in the capillary 2, wherein a catalyst 5 consisting of polysilane and a metal catalyst or consisting of polysilane, metal catalyst and metal oxide constituting the solid phase is deposited on the inner wall 3a of a pipe main body 3 of the capillary 2, and one end of the capillary 2 is connected to the solution supply section 10 and the gas supply section 20 and the other end is connected to the recovery section 30.
