PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage compensator through which a battery pack can be always charged stably with a constant voltage even if the voltage supplied from a power supply is varied, and to provide a voltage compensation system and method.;SOLUTION: The voltage compensator comprises a voltage compensator control section 81 for measuring the voltage of a battery pack 1 and calculating the difference between the measured voltage and the product of the number of secondary batteries constituting the battery pack 1 and the secondary battery maximum charging voltage, i.e. the upper limit of charging voltage of each secondary battery 1a-1l, and a converter 86 for supplying the battery pack 1 with a voltage while boosting by a difference calculated at the voltage compensator control section 81.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
