PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise supporting system for providing exercise contents suitable for a user.;SOLUTION: In the exercise supporting system 100, an environment controlling device 3 matches the environment in which the user is put to optimum environment information included in an exercise content while a display device 1 reproduces the exercise content. The environment controlling device 3 regulates the environment and a sensing device 2 detects biological information on the user put in the regulated environment. The display device 1 requests other exercise contents of a server device 4 when there is a certain difference between the biological information on the user received from the sensing device 2 and the optimum biological information on the exercise content being reproduced. The server device 4 selects another exercise content with different exercise loads, and transmits the selected exercise content to the display device 1.
