PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO2 emission variation calculating system and a variation distribution system of CO2 emission responsibility or the like which calculates the variation of CO2 emission related to electric power supply and a demand, and which accurately evaluates an effect of CO2 emission control. PSOLUTION: A center computer 103 receives electric power demand data from a computer 123-1 of a customer 120-1, receives electric power supply data from a computer 113 of a power supply company 110, calculates the CO2 emission variation which is indirectly emitted by the customer 120-1, conducts a factor analysis which influences the CO2 emission variation, calculates the CO2 variation influenced by each factor, and transmits data caused by the customer 120-1 among the CO2 variations influenced by the analyzed each factor to the computer 123-1 as authentication data.
