PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which prevents an apparatus for high emergency from being stopped with its operation owing to troubles in of a part of facilities, when a disaster occurs. PSOLUTION: The image processor 10 comprises: a disaster recognition portion 12 for acquiring information on a disaster; a diagnosis execution portion 13 for performing self-diagnosis of the image processor 10 and diagnosis of network environment in response to the information on the disaster acquired by the disaster recognition portion 12; a mode switching portion 14 for switching an operation mode of the image processor 10 to a specific disaster occurrence mode in response to the diagnostic result performed by the diagnostic execution portion 13; an image acquiring portion 17 for performing image processing with the disaster occurrence mode switched by the mode switching portion 14; an image processing portion 18; and an image forming portion 19.
