PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic/inorganic composite pigment where elimination of an organic pigment from the granular surface of white inorganic granular powder is suppressed, also having ultraviolet light-absorbing effect leading to high light resistance. ;SOLUTION: The organic/inorganic composite pigment is in the form of composite granular powder 0.01-10.0 m in average granular size, wherein the surface of the white inorganic granular powder is coated with an organosilane compound or a polysiloxane formed from an alkoxysilane and the coat comprises 1-200 pt(s).wt. of the organic pigment based on 100 pts.wt. of the white inorganic granular powder, and an ultraviolet light absorber is made present at a part between the surface of the white inorganic granular powder and the coat surface of the organic pigment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
