PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminating method capable of removing all electrostatic charge patterns remaining on a solid surface of a resin mold.;SOLUTION: There are periodically repeated: a first compulsive electrostatic charge step of making a first electrostatic charge status in which an electrostatic charge potential of a polarity of one side becomes superior, removing charges of a polarity of the other side by irradiating only ions of a polarity of the one side to an object to be statically eliminated after setting a mode of the one side of a positive ion generation mode or a negative ion generation mode; and a second compulsive electrostatic charge step of making a second electrostatic charge status in which an electrostatic charge potential of a polarity of the other side becomes superior, removing charges of a polarity of the one side, by radiating only ions of a polarity of the other side to an object to be statically eliminated after setting an ion generation mode of a polarity of the other side.
