POLYESACARIDE LIKE PECTNA AND THE PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME FROM KRAKO FRUIT CAPSULES, MEDICAL COMPOSITION THAT UNDERSTANDS IT, USE AND COMPOSITION PRODUCTION METHOD. The present invention relates to a method of producing high molecular weight polysaccharides similar to high molecular weight pectin, derived from okra fruit capsules. The high molecular weight polysaccharide similar to pectin, when dissolved in buffer, exhibits viscoelastic properties, being very useful in applications such as ophthalmic surgery, dermatology and orthopedics.
