摘要

A method for intrabiliar medical impact at complicated benign pathology of hepatobiliary system comprises the external drainage of the extrahepatic bile ducts and overnight holesorption, prolonged perfusion of the bile system with ozonized antiseptic solutions, then the instillation of antibiotics which are trophic to the biliary system with simultaneous intrabody intracholedochal electrophoresis technique according to the transverse galvanization method. During the operation, common bile duct is drained by 2-lumen drainage, main channel of which in the postoperative period serves as dosage sparing decompression, and through an additional channel the prolonged perfusion of bile is performed with antiseptic and antibacterial ozonized solutions, in which wall an active electrode is mounted and biliary perfusion is performed by ozonized electrolyte solutions only.
