PYROLYSIS PLANT OF ORGANIC WASTES WITH CONTINUOUS UNLOADING OF PYROCARBON

摘要

A pyrolysis plant of organic wastes with continuous unloading of pyrocarbon includes a pyrolysis reactor with screw, system of external heating of reactor, charging hopper and discharge one. The discharge hopper comprises vertical cylinder and horizontal cylinder hermetically connected to it, this is rigidly fixed on base, at the ends of horizontal cylinder truncated cones are installed, and at its middle a piston is placed, at axis of cylinder a drive rod is mounted, this goes through openings of one of the truncated cones. The plant has as well movable horizontal rod, guide troughs, hinge that is connected to the piston drive rod, movable rods of hydro-cylinders with double action, guide bushings, drive rod, tube.
