The Diesel rate speed three-element regulator with adjustment correction signal comprises a centrifugal rotation frequency meter, the first summation arm, one level being connected with a centrifugal rotation frequency meter output, a control rack connecting with a summation arm midpoint, a membranaceous pressure sensing element for boost air charging with an output spring loaded rod and a Diesel speed regime tuning mechanism wherein a boost air charging pressure sensing element is arranged as a boost air charging regulatory pulse differentiator and in addition there mounted the second summation arm as well as an adjuster of rate speed degree of irregularity. The differentiator includes a non-removable flange rigidly connected with a cylindrical guideway, where inside there is a second non-removable flange, the right and left sliding flange as well as the right one connected with an inlet path through an inductance choke, middle and left bellows boots connected with it directly. The bellows boots by their ends are connected the right to the non-removable flange and to the right sliding flange, the middle one is connected to the right sliding and second non-removable flanges and the left is connected to the second stationary one side of the left sliding flange, where in addition a guide path and an internal bellows boot by one end face are connected, its second end face being connected with a sliding flange rigidly connected by a rod with the right sliding flange and to the second sliding flange with output spring-load rod is connected with the second arm of the first summation level, the midpoint by the rod being connected with the upper end of the second summation arm, the midpoint by the rod being connected with a control rack and by the bottom end is connected with an adjuster output arranged as a gear track interacting with a section kinematically connected with a Diesel speed regime tuning mechanism.
