A method for conservative intestine desinvagination comprises the premedication, air pressurization into the rectum in set norm under X-ray control, diagnostics of invagination based on X-gram, spreading of invaginate by increasing of air norm. Which is pressurized, or additional effect, prior to spreading of invaginate, with a myorelaxant of short action on the background of endotracheal anaesthesia under laparoscopic control, if invaginate is not spreaded. Prior to diagnosing of the invaginate, air into the rectum is pressurized under the pressure of 30-40 Hg mm, at invaginate spreading it is increased to 80-130 Hg mm, and in case of lack of spreading in future, the desinvagination is made operationally.
