Method for prediction of individual predisposition to development of widespread urogenital infections with account of genotype includes reveal of single-nucleotide polymorphisms of gene TLR2 Arg753Gln and gene TLR4 Asp299Gly, Thr399Ile by method PLR and evaluation of risk of development of widespread uriogenital infections. To increase effectiveness of diagnostics of infection by pathogens of diseases that are transferred in sexual way as genetic markers one uses analysis of polymorphic sections of genes TLR2 Arg753Gln and TLR4 Asp299Gly, Thr399Ile by method PLR.
