A method for cultivating strongylate larvae at cattle gastrointestinal strongyloidoses includes applying test material in a container and the further cultivating thereof in a thermostat. Containers of a volume of 500 ml are used, they are filled with test material (fecal matters) by one third and loosening of the fecal matters is carried out.
