METHOD FOR MODERNIZATION OF TESTBENCH INTENDED FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF TESTS OF MAIN HELICOPTER REDUCERS OF TYPE VR-8/VR-8A AND VR-14/VR-24 BY ALL THE PARAMETERS

Method for modernization of testbench for implementation of tests of main helicopter reducers of type VR-8/VR-8A and VR-14/VR-24 by all parameters includes mounting on testbench two drive motors, intermediate upper technological reducer-multiplier, main helicopter reducer and interrelated technological equipment, aggregates, systems and executive mechanisms of those. Testbench is modernized through additional introduction to set of testbench and placement on testbench of supplementary power unit for start of drive motors, equipping main frame of testbench with set of under-motor frames, standpipes of hydro-breaks, post of dynamic dynamometer and mounting plates of main helicopter reducer. Mounting frames are combined to common mounting frame for placement of drive motors in pairs. One installs modules of electric and hydraulic connections that are equipped with quick-split fittings, on common mounting frame, with connecting those to respective executive elements and systems of drive motors.
