A method for treatment of trigeminal and glossopharyngeal nerves neuralgia affected as a result of neurovascular compression, which is a method for treating of neurovascular conflict, consists in that the diagnosis of pain (NTN, NIAN) is performed by imaging studies for verification of vascular compression of cranial nerve root and virological, immunological investigation and, along with symptomatic therapy, analgesic anticonvulsants, antiviral therapy is carried out, immunocorrection at autoneyrosensibilizatsii - desensitization: sorbents, antihistamines. In the absence of pain and regression of vascular compression in the presence of the appropriate cranial nerve root the microvascular decompression operation is performed by immunocorrective therapy supplemented by standard schemes.
