A vibration mechanical mixer, which is additionally equipped with a vibration exciter of torsional vibrations which unbalanced shaft is mounted in bearing supports mounted on brackets rigidly fixed on an end wall of a body symmetrically about the axis of rotation of a blade shaft so that their bearing surfaces are located in one plane, and the unbalanced shaft is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the blade shaft, and the unbalances are attached on the ends of unbalanced shaft and deployed to each other at an angle of 180°, in the case the mixer body is installed on a base frame by means of flat rubber-metal elastic shock-absorbers.
