A method for endoscopic ventriculocystostomy at aplasia of the bottom of the third ventricle, and stenosis of the Sylvius aqueduct with the development of occlusive hydrocephaly, complicated with the ventriculoperitoneal shunt dysfunction and stoma formation in the Lillekvist membrane between ventral surface of the bridge, ramp, and the basilar artery. The perforation of the bottom of the third ventricle is performed.
