Polypeptide comprising a segment (1), which contains a cell surface molecule binding domain, the domain that binds to the cell surface molecule of an immunoglobulin, a segment (2), which is a peptide linker, and a segment (3), which contains a fragment of a member of the TNF ligand family that as such is biologically inactive / restricted activity, in which the fragment in segment (3) contains an extracellular domain of a member of the TNF ligand family or a variant that has at least 80% sequence homology of the natural sequence of the extracellular domain, and in which the fragment in segment (3) becomes biologically fully active only when segment (1) binds to the cell surface molecule.
