The invention pertains to the field of decorative and applied arts. A method for creating an artistic panel with an image of the fresco type comprises using the non-woven material Vlieseline or glass fiber as a canvas to which a thin layer of wet plaster is applied after the curing of a previously applied layer of glue. After the complete curing of the plaster and the formation of cracks, an additional layer of said glue is applied to the plaster. An image is applied using water or pigment colors and using a plotter and is then covered with a layer of diluted polymer glue and dried at room temperature.
