Provided are a halogen-free resin composition for a heat-shrink tubing having a combination of mechanical properties and flame retardancy and improved colorability, and a heat-shrink tubing manufactured using the resin composition. The resin composition includes 30 to 100 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, except red phosphorus; and 5 to 15 parts by weight of a silicone-based secondary flame retardant, per 100 parts by weight of a base resin, and the base resin is ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer obtained by polymerizing 15 to 33 weight% of vinyl acetate monomer and having a melt flow index between 2 g/10 min and 15 g/10 min.
