The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stent using shape memory alloys, a stent manufactured by the method and a structure of a jig for manufacturing the stent and is directed to minimize the diameter of a tube used for inserting the inventive stent into an insertion device by minimizing a loop or intersection portion that is located circumferentially around a lesion, while having two types of sufficient resisting power along the circumferential direction such that an operation even within a lumen of a small diameter can be facilitated. To this end, a first stent is constructed with a first wire in such a way that a plurality of curvatures located at the uppermost part and the lowermost part and space having a diamond-shaped cross section is defined therebetween; and a second stent is constructed with a second wire in such a way that a plurality of curvatures located at the uppermost part and the lowermost part and space having a diamond-shaped cross section is defined therebetween, provided that the second stent passes the top or bottom end of the first wire to prevent the second stent from being separated from the first stent manufactured by the first wire, whereby the first stent and the second stent, although being discrete, may stay connected to each other.
