Disclosed is a method of providing properties-based BIM (building information modeling) information. The method provided comprises the steps of: receiving properties information about a target building transmitted by a client through a server; and extracting, by means of the server, the information corresponding to the properties information from among BIM information about the target building that is stored in a database, and transmitting the extracted information to the client. The properties information is information about an object or information about properties of the object.
