The method involves obtaining primary information related to satisfaction of use of a service or a product by expert or non expert users. The primary information is stored in a storage unit (MS1). The primary information is regrouped into two different categories according to a chosen rule. One of the categories is selected according to a chosen criterion. Technical information relative to technical developments of the service or product is determined from the primary information of each category. The rule is provided to determine whether the primary information is positive or negative type. The storage unit is a memory or database. An independent claim is also included for a processing device for obtaining technical information issued from primary information provided by users with communication terminals coupled to a communication network.
