PURPOSE: A preparing method via direct printing for an HF RFID tag antenna having a high q value is provided to control the Q value of an HF RFID antenna by controlling heat treatment temperature. CONSTITUTION: An antenna pattern is printed on top of a substrate. The printed antenna pattern is dried. A photocurable insulating layer is printed on the antenna pattern corresponding to the position of a jumper and is hardened. The jumper is printed on the insulating layer. The substrate is heat-treated over 190C. The antenna pattern and jumper are formed with a silver paste including a silver precursor, a silver powder, and a binder.
