PURPOSE: A mobile phone payment method, a system and a recording medium thereof through double code generation-type network OTP authentication are provided to mix server-side OTP generation information about OTP media stored in the storage media with a server and the generated OTP and constitute the OTP creation information.;CONSTITUTION: If a user authentication function for generating OTP is included USIM(135), a user authenticator(150) transfers a user password or a user personal identification number to the USIM through an USIM reader unit(140). The user authentication part receives the user identification result about the user password or the user individual identification number.
