PURPOSE: A steep slope area disaster estimation method is provided to determine whether steep slope area is in a break danger state and to spread a disaster warning signal. CONSTITUTION: A bucket type rainfall meter, a weight type rainfall meter, and an optical rainfall meter transmits measured data to a main control server which is installed in a remote place(S30). The main control server analyzes measurement data transmitted from a plurality of rainfall meters and estimates whether a steep slope area is in a break danger state(S40). The main control server transmits information regarding the steep slope area break information transmits a related office(S50).
