PURPOSE: A chain apparatus for transferring ice-cream is provided to ensure clean production of ice cream by preventing the infiltration of liquid to the joint between a support plate and a plastic bearing.;CONSTITUTION: A chain apparatus for transferring ice-cream comprises a plurality of support plates(20), a plastic roller(30), a plastic bearing, a connecting shaft member, a plate member(50), and a transfer member(70). The support plates are continuously arranged to overlap with each other. The plastic roller is installed between the overlapped support plates. The plastic bearing is coupled in the bushing installed within the plastic roller and has top and bottom flanges to prevent the friction of the overlapped support plates. The support plates are connected to the connecting shaft member and allowed to rotate. The plate member is installed so as not to bend. The transfer member is coupled to a mounting plate in which ice cream is placed, thereby transferring the ice cream.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
