PURPOSE: A cemented carbide cutting tool using spark plasma sintering and a method thereof are provided to weld an elaborate sinter in a short time by controlling the growth of particles.;CONSTITUTION: A cemented carbide cutting tool using spark plasma sintering comprises a processing unit(10) and a supporting unit(20). The processing unit of cylindrical shape is made of the first metal of cemented carbide material. The processing unit of cylindrical shape comprises a cutting unit(11).
