PURPOSE: A buffer sheet feeding apparatus for automatic tape bonding, and an automatic tape bonding apparatus and method using the same are provided to minimize the waste of buffer sheets by precisely controlling the feed rate of the buffer sheets using a length measuring sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A buffer sheet feeding apparatus for automatic tape bonding comprises a feed roll(101), a buffer sheet recovery roll(102), a plurality of guide rolls(103), and a length measuring sensor(104). A buffer sheet is rolled on the exterior of the feed roll. The buffer sheet recovery roll winds and collects the buffer sheet which has been unrolled from the buffer sheet feed roll and used. The guide roll provides a route that the buffer sheet is transferred from the buffer sheet feed roll to the buffer sheet recovery roll. The length measuring sensor measures the length of the buffer sheet rolled which is unrolled from the buffer sheet feed roll and transmits a signal for stropping the rotation of the buffer sheet feed roll when the fixed length of the buffer sheet has been unrolled. The buffer sheet part placed between the buffer sheet feed roll and the buffer sheet recovery roll reduces the heat and pressure in tape auto bonding of an object.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
