PURPOSE: A producing method of tea using rehmannia glutinosa is provided to improve the processing property of the rehmannia glutinosa crushing the rehmannia glutinosa after high pressure and high temperature roasting.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tea using rehmannia glutinosa comprises the following steps: washing the rehmannia glutinosa; cutting the washed rehmannia glutinosa into 3~5cm; drying the cut rehmannia glutinosa; high pressure and high temperature roasting the rehmannia glutinosa using a pressure roaster at 150~250deg C; crushing the rehmannia glutinosa into particles with the size smaller than 2mm; selecting the crushed rehmannia glutinosa by size.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
