摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a proton conducting composite membrane is provided to facilitate the penetration of a polyelectrolyte solution to a porous layer with improved hydrophilicity and to improve hydrogen ion conductivity of the proton conducting composite membrane. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a proton conducting composite membrane using a porous layer with improved hydrophilicity comprises the steps of: preparing a porous layer with improved hydrophilicity by treating a porous layer with ultraviolet rays and ozone; injecting a polymer electrolyte solution to the porous layer with improved hydrophilicity and drying the resultant to prepare a porous polymer electrolyte membrane; and injecting the porous polymer electrolyte membrane into the lower side of the porous polymer electrolyte membrane and drying the resultant to obtain a proton conducting composite membrane.
