PURPOSE: A media access control frame and a wakeup frame in a WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) and a network device, and a network control device using the media access control frame and the wakeup frame are provided to switch a sleep state of a network device into a wakeup state through a wakeup frame and ensure the stable communication through a wakeup identifier stored in a frame body area of the wakeup frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame header area stores the information on the security mode of a frame, and a frame body area stores one of a security identifier, a security frame counter, a security frame counter, an encoded payload, an integrity code and an encoded integrity code. A medium access control frame transfers the sensing information to a network control device. A wakeup frame(1001) can be received from a network device.
