PURPOSE: A key pad for a portable terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of a film by forming a UV curable liquid resin layer under the film.;CONSTITUTION: A UV corner flat region(71) is formed on a UV mold(70). A UV key uneven region(72) and a UV key flat region(73) are alternatively formed between the UV corner flat regions. A UV curable liquid resin layer(20) is formed by compressing and UV-curing a film(10) when the UV curable liquid resin is filled in the UV mold. A binder layer(50) is formed by coating a binder under a shielding print layer(32) and a font(40). A silicon resin layer(60) with a boss(61) is formed by compressing and thermally curing the film on a lower mold(90) with an upper mold(80) including a boss groove(81).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
