TUBELESS HANDCART-WHEELS, CAPABLE OF BEING COST EFFECTIVELY FORMED USING SEPARATED TYPE LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL HUBS

PURPOSE: Tubeless handcart-wheels are provided to reduce the failure rate of an injection molding process by easily assembling a hollow part which is inserted into an outer tire in the injection molding process.;CONSTITUTION: Tubeless handcart-wheels include a core protrusion, an inner protrusion, an inner wheel recess, a hollow part, and an outer tire(1). Core protrusions are formed on both lower ends of a center core. Inner protrusions are formed on external sides of left inner wheel and right inner wheel. The inner protrusions are inserted into the core recess of the center core and are engaged. Inner wheel recesses are formed on inner sides of the left inner wheel and the right inner wheel. The center core and the left and right inner wheels form the hollow part. The outer tire is injection molded on the outer side of the hollow part. A left wheel hub(13) and right wheel hub(15) are attached on the outer side of the outer tire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
