PURPOSE: A thin film with a high refractive index using chelating titania nano sol and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase crystallization of titania nano sol. CONSTITUTION: A refined titanium precursor is chelated, solvent is mixed with the precursor, and colloid chelating titania nano sol is produced. The solvent including titania nano sol is replaced or concentrated. Functional silane, a silicon compound and a functional organic polymer are mixed with titania nano sol so that titania nano sol coating solution is produced. The titania nano sol coating solution is coated and dried on a base to produce a high refractive titania thin film.
