FLAME RETARDANT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND A PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flame retardant adhesive composition is provided to maintain excellent adhesion although the composition is kept in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and to avoid appearance unevenness. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant adhesive composition includes at least (A) epoxy resin, (B) thermosetting resin, (C) organic phosphinate compounds, (D) hardener, and (E) inorganic filler. The phosphinate compounds are dispersed in an inorganic solvent so that the particle size distribution is in a range of d10=0.5-2 m, d50=2-4 m, and d90=4-7 m. The inorganic filler is silica, aluminum hydroxide or their mixture.
