摘要

PURPOSE: An X-ray detector using a liquid crystal device is provided to solve the problem related to an alignment forming process temperature by aligning liquid molecules through a liquid polymer.;CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector(1) comprises a first substrate(16a), an optical conductive layer(10), a liquid polymer layer(20), a liquid layer(12), a polyimide(22), and a second substrate(16b). The first substrate is made of transparent glass and includes a first electrode(14a) at the lower plane thereof, wherein the first electrode is made of ITO(Indium Tin Oxide). The optical conductive layer generates electrons and holes through the X-ray generated from the X-ray generating unit by being formed between a first electrode and a reflection layer(18).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
