PURPOSE: A waist exercising instrument for correcting spine is provided to assist lateral movement of the waist according to the waist movement of a user.;CONSTITUTION: A waist exercising instrument for correcting spine comprises: first and second supporting members(10,15) which are arranged at an interval from each other; guide members(20) installed at the first and second supporting members; and a drive member(40) which is installed in order to reciprocate on the guide member.
