PURPOSE: A device and a method for relocating RPC(Remote Procedure Call) data in MPSoC(Multi-Processor System on Chip) are provided to minimize the data transmission cost among remote functions by changing memory by the usage and access pattern.;CONSTITUTION: A parameter analyzer(710) analyzes the parameter usage of a function. An access pattern determiner(720) decides a program which has the highest access rate about the data related to the parameter. A storage memory determiner(730) decides the memory to store the data using the usage of the parameter and the location of the program.
