PURPOSE: A safety device for measuring the load of an enplanement of a tower wagon by using a circular ring plate is provided to prevent big accident by rapidly making the operation of the enplanement stop in when the excessive load is applied. CONSTITUTION: A safety device for measuring the load of an enplanement of a tower wagon comprises a boom take-out unit, an enplanement connection unit and a hydraulic driver. The boom take-out unit is located in a boom stand. The enplanement connection unit comprises a fixed bracket(41) and a tilting bracket(42). The fixed bracket is fixed to a top boom(11) . The tilting bracket is connected to an enplanement(3) using a rotary connecting member(43). The hydraulic driver drives the enplanement connection unit. A circular-ring plate sensor(5) is located between the rotary connecting member and the enplanement. The circular-ring plate sensor comprises a plurality of load cells. The load cell senses the entire load applied to the enplanement about the concentrated load of the enplanement.
