PURPOSE: An air knocker is provided to remove the need of a compression spring by employing a magnetic piston return device installed on the exterior of a cylinder.;CONSTITUTION: An air knocker comprises a cylinder(11) in which a magnetic piston(12) is embedded, a cylinder head(13) which is coupled to the top of the cylinder and has an air inlet(13a) for allowing or blocking the inflow of compressed air under the control of a solenoid valve, a fixing plate(15) which is arranged in the upper side of the cylinder, an under piston(16) which is arranged in the lower side of the cylinder, and an air knocker and magnetic piston return device(20) which returns the magnetic piston having hit the under piston back to the original position to contact the fixing plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
