VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL CASTING DEVICE AND METHOD OF AN ASYMMETRIC CAST FOR MAKING THE COMPONENTS OF A CAST PRODUCT UNIFORM

PURPOSE: A vertical centrifugal casting device and method of an asymmetric cast are provided to make the components of a cast product uniform since an asymmetric cast is manufactured in a centrifugal casting manner.;CONSTITUTION: A vertical centrifugal casting method of an asymmetric cast is as follows. A mold is an asymmetric cast mold and is centrifugally cast in an equilibrium state in rotation. An asymmetric mold(3) is assembled onto a rotating table(1). The balance of the assembled asymmetric mold is measured and the balance of the asymmetric mold is adjusted by a determined equilibrium value. Molten metal is injected into the adjusted asymmetric mold and is centrifugally cast. A balance weight(2) is formed in a manner that a plurality of balls(4) are charged in an L-shaped pipe(5), which is radially installed around the rotating table.
