PURPOSE: An interactive interface-based system for generating cartoon animation and a method thereof are provided to easily create an animation proper to a portable player of a restricted size.;CONSTITUTION: A software is driven an OS(Operating System) through a user PC(5), and a user receives visual information such as cartoon contents, editing effects and result videos through a display(4). The user uses a keyboard(6) and a mouse(7) for operating visual information, and the PC receives the cartoon image stored in a digital format.
