PURPOSE: A base concrete structure for posts of a solar panel and a construction method thereof are provided to achieve a firm base concrete structure with a small amount of concrete by curing lower and upper base concretes at a time and employing corrugated pipes which serve as a concrete form and are used as structural members after curing of the concretes.;CONSTITUTION: A base concrete structure for posts of a solar panel comprises upper a lower base concrete(11) in a rectangular shape and upper base concretes(12) which are integrally formed in a cylindrical shape at regular intervals on the top of the lower base concrete. The upper base concretes are formed by placing and curing concrete in corrugated pipes(13) whose bottom is buried in the lower base concrete.
