PURPOSE: A controlling device for link operation section, capable of preventing collision noise and operational noise, and a link including the same are provided to prevent damage to device by controlling the operation section of arm in a specific direction.;CONSTITUTION: A controlling device for link operation section comprises a rotary joint(R) and a stopper(550). The rotary joint is fixed through a guide(400) to a support stand(S). The stopper is installed on the lower part of an arm(200). The arm is connected to the rotary joint to rotate and vertically moves. When the arm moves downward at the fixed rotation direction of the arm, the end of stopper of arm is touched with a guide so that the motion radius of the arm is restricted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
