METHOD FOR PROCESSING LOCATION BASED TOP-K QUERIES ON WIRELESS BROADCAST STREAMS

PURPOSE: A method for processing high position-k quality based on location is provided to effectively search information which a user prefers by utilizing a space characteristic and non space characteristic of a data. CONSTITUTION: A child entry of a terminal node additionally stores non space characteristic value of data showing their data. If upper-k query based on location configured as a space condition and a non space condition, all entry of a root node is inserted by accessing a root node on a broadcasting stream, initialize a candidate list, and set a candidate score as an infinite value(S10). Whether a minimum score of a deleted entry in a search list is larger than the candidate score is determined(S20~S30). Whether a node is a non terminal node or a terminal node is determined(S50).
