PURPOSE: An apparatus for restraining heat generation of a machine tool post is provided to effectively control heat generation by sucking heated cooling fluid remaining in an eject conduit and first and second connecting conduits using a pressure difference. ;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for restraining heat generation of a machine tool post comprises a housing(90), a fluid conduit(110), and a venturi conduit(100). The housing accepts a shaft(50) and a bevel gear(60). The fluid conduit allows cooling fluid provided through an outer inlet(A) of the housing to pass through the bevel gear and the shaft and be discharged through an outer outlet(B) of the housing. The venturi conduit has a fluid pressure lower than that of the fluid conduit in order to accelerate the discharge of cooling water from the outer outlet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
