HYALURONIC ACID DERIVATIVE WITH ATOPIC DERMATITIS TREATING EFFECT AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hyaluronic acid derivative is provided to effectively reduce causal factors causing the lesion of the skin, to alleviate atopia disease, and to ensure skin regeneration effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for hyaluronic acid derivatives comprises the steps of: (S1) performing chlorination of ascorbic acids; (S2) generating tetrabutylammonium hydroxide salts of hyaluronic acids; and (S3) performing conjugation of the chlorinated ascorbic acid and the tetrabutylammonium hydroxide salts of the hyaluronic acids.
