PURPOSE: An automatic peeling apparatus of persimmon for processing is provided to form a jig for automatically grabbing the persimmon transporting on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic peeling apparatus of persimmon for processing comprises a main body(10) formed with the following: a conveyor(12) for transporting the persimmon(31); a transfer plate(32) form transferring a jig(13) for fixing the persimmon; a fixing pin bundle(18) for fixing the persimmon; a lowering plate(19) for raising the fixing pin bundle; and a supporter(26) separating or transferring the persimmon fixed to the fixing pin bundle. The fixing pin bundle receives the rotational force from a driving motor(21) through a coupling pulley(23) connected to a driving pulley(22) with a belt.
